A U.S.-led committee monitoring the Lebanese-Israeli ceasefire might meet this Thursday after its meetings were suspended by an American decision, pro-Hezbollah al-Akhbar newspaper said.

The daily said Tuesday that the committee's work will resume after Lebanon rejected an American suggestion to replace the technical military committee with diplomatic committees.
